At the play scale, the focus of the technical evaluation is the play or individual prospects based on: high-resolution interpretation, correlation, data integration and the identification and mapping of key play elements.
Biostratigraphy / Sequence Stratigraphy
The ability to increase correlation potential through the review of biostratigraphic reports and the integration of the stratigraphic data with well logs and seismic interpretation. The application of high resolution biostratigraphic and lithostratigraphic data allows for the identification of breaks in sedimentation and unconformities and calibration to the sequence stratigraphy
